Rules: The library shall be Free to all persons over 12 years of age living in the Town of Brutus who shall sign the agreement.
Children under 12 must obtain the signature of parent, teacher or guardian.
A temporary resident may draw books by paying 5 cents a week, if recommended by a member of the association.
Two books may be drawn at a time if but one is fiction. Books may be reserved upon payment of 2 cents for postal notice.
Books may be kept TWO WEEKS, except seven day books.
Two cents shall be charged for each day a book is overdue. No books may be drawn on a card which fines are still unpaid.
